I only recieved a part of the 7 seater couch and the rest of the couch hasnt arrived n its after the delivery date. Trying to contact someone is proving to be very difficult. Couches color is grey seems true to color. Very firm. Seats depth are shallow and storage space is smaller than i expected but it seems like it would be nice for smaller spaces. Sides or armrests are hollow and flimsy for price. Inside storage is just a thin piece of wood wrapped n sits on ledges, wouldn't put anything heavy in it

it only comes with 4 pillows but you can purchased additional pillows if needed, its easy to assembled and it looks just like the picture if your thinking to buy it go for it you won't regret it!
Second time buying a couch from this company and second time I'm obsessed!
Pros:
I was never the person to buy furniture like this or a bed without testing it first but Im presently surprised at what we got! Delivered 2 weeks early and super easy to put together! The extra storage in our small apartment is amazing! A lot of reviews say its best up against a wall because the backs are flimsy but so far (a month) we have had zero issues! When buying just keep thinking about the price, if you are looking for a big, plush couch youre going to pay a lot more! We are both 200lbs and this is perfect for us! When we turn it into a bed and watch movies 9 times out of 10 we fall asleep. Love the color, love the fabric just love it all!
Cons:
When we got it there were a lot of lose threads in the seams, most just pulled right out and some had to be cut off. The back cushions have to be fluffed every once in a while or else they start to deform over the back rest. Other than that, the only other con is that We did not get this earlier!
Overall:
If your looking for a cheaper alternative to a name brand couch this is perfect! You can make it any size and store the extra pieces In storage when youre not using them or need more room. Just buy it, you wont be upset!
Absolutely love this couch. Very easy to put together. All the boxes arrived on same day , which was a surprise. All the pieces needed were there plus two nice screw drivers. couch in place in less than an hour. Bought this to use as office furniture/guest bedroom. Took a nap on it and slept great. Will be family tested soon when my son and daughter in law come for a visit. Looks and feels expensive, the storage space was a bonus.
I was very skeptical about purchasing a couch on , I've always felt like I need to see it in person. This couch definitely exceeded my expectations! It was very easy to assemble.. There is storage in every seat, great for blankets and movie snacks. It is a bit firm, but I like it. It will be broken in very soon.
I had a small issue with delivery, at no fault of the seller, and they went above and beyond to ensure I got my product. I will definitely be purchasing more pieces.
Comes with fedex delivered to the door, easy to assemble, very comfy, it does look well made, the only thing Im not happy its not cat friendly, my cats dont claw but claws pull once in a while the fabric just walking on it, i do trim the nails once a week, now I have to cover the couch what takes the good look away
I think what makes it flimsy is the fact that theres a lot of give where the seats/ottomans connect to each other, and the screws that come with it are not the hardest. If you dont tighten down the screws as much as possible, the backs will wiggle, and the screws are so soft that the head strips on some of them before you can get them as tight as they should be. They send you plenty of extra parts and a screw driver with EVERY seat set. I have 4 screws drivers I didnt even use, I used a drill.
Super easy to assemble. Very supportive, firmer than the average couch, which I need. The back cushions are not attached, removing them makes it wide enough to lay down on. The seats all lift up for storage. (We have been leaving them open to discourage the dog from getting on the couch.)
