After getting in touch with the seller, who was very kind and professional, they informed me that the rest of the packages would come the next day. And they did! The seller's customer service was great overall.
As for the assembly, it was pretty straightforward. The couch is lower than anticipated, but it's comfortable!

Couch is great but 2 back cushions are missing and Ive messed multiple times, but no one has contacted me back or tried to help resolve the issue.
