It was easy to put together but have to have patience. I did not like that the stickers with the letters do not come off easy after it was put together.
Great looking bunkbed. Some parts were son of a B* to get to line up, not sure if the holes were drilled right. Took about 2 hrs to put together. You need 2 people to assemble. We also bought plywood to put down under the mattresses for both bunks, this way the memory foam mattresses didnt stick through the thin slats and would add more support.
note mattress were not included, ordered from basics
This frame was very easy to put together. Pieces were clearly marked and in great condition. It took a few hours to put together, partly because I didnt clear enough space to assemble both the lower and upper beds in the same room. The only issue that I had was with the packaging for shipping. The box was a little beat up, and one of the flaps had a small hole in it that a board kept trying to fall out. After opening it and inspecting all the pieces, it looked like everything was in perfect condition.
When I first received and assembled this bed I was happy with my purchase. But in less than 3 months (with only 1 80 pound child) the support beams under the bed have started cracking, the whole thing is wobbly. Just not thrilled!
Oh / and the weight limit of the bed is only 167 pounds. That probably should have been stated in the details!
This was a pain to put together, (much worse than Ikea furniture) but all in all, seems to be holding up ok.
Update on my review after a year: paint has cracked and peeled in some areas. We got white, so not a huge deal to touch up though
Very sturdy really nice looking. Fairly easy to put together. Would recommmend using a drill with a hex bit instead of the little Allen wrench they send you.
