After complete assembly the legs broke off. Wow! Took my daughter and I an hour to assemble and before I could even bask in glory over the aesthetically pleasing futon the back legs snapped off. And yes, they were in the correct place per the instructions. So disappointing. Now I have to wait for UPS to come pick up the box to complete my return. The box is super heavy.
The legs are designed to slant outwards; it comes with two of each leg style. I unfortunately received three of one leg and one of the other. Trying to contact the vendor for a replacement.
Just ordered this and the first thing I noticed was the color. Light gray isnt gray. Its more of an off white. I think it will work okay in my space so we are keeping it. The sofa came with some marks on it but those wiped off pretty easy. The sofa is very firm and the arms dont feel very sturdy once youve put it together. However, you get what you pay for so I expected this. I think this will work well for the purpose we bought it for and it didnt have any major issues
Love the couch, a friend had it so I knew what I was getting. A leg broke in setup, and one of the zippers on the back of the cushion arrive out of the tracks and won't go back in- I was able to get a replacement leg easy, but no replacement zipper.
Still like the couch a lot
I thought I was going to enjoy this sofa futon. The seat feels hollow (not so comfortable), but it looks fantastic. So it was disappointing that after putting it together on Sunday, the back leg had broken off by Wednesday. I shifted the sofa slightly to lower the back into a bed and then snap. I have no idea how to return something so large. UGH
Not terribly hard to assemble. All necessary tools included. Overall is not comfortable and rather cheaply made(you get what you pay for). If you like plush or soft couches, don't get this one.
It took about 20 minutes to put together with two adults and one 6 year old organizing the parts.
Know that you can't sleep on the back side. The whole couch will tip. Clearly an issue. I may cut some legs out of 2x2s to place in the back when someone is spending the night

Cute, really liked it, but the hardware broke after just one year and back will not go down. I guess I should be glad it broke in the UP position!
