I read the reviews and bought it anyway. If youre looking for a small futon, this is a great product. If youre looking for an adult to sleep on it, you may want to spend more money on a larger futon. I was using for a game room, with only a small chance that someone would actually sleep on it. Its perfect.
This futon is perfect for occasional lounging. Comfortable for a few hours at a time. Not meant for everyday heavy use. Its very firm but I dont mind that.
I dont love that the pillows that come with the couch arent fully removable. If you dont have them on the Velcro strip is sewn into the couch (the hook side not the soft side). The pillows are a little odd just laying on the sides of the couch but its not a huge deal. Stack other pillows on top of it and you can lay on the couch propped up.
If youre looking for a futon for a small space that youre going to use it occasionally or for shorter amounts of time I think its perfect.

This was a phenomenal transaction, love the couch, easy to assemble, no experience required. Directions come beneath couch frame, tools inside couch frame / look on back (black nit cloth with zipper) containing separate pieces and one box full of parts, a handful of spares. ( Normal with this distributor. ) 70 LBS, recommend 2 persons to pick up from the drop off area.

I receive the wrong color but I didnt return it because I like them Chait smaller in person but for the space I have its doable
