Shockingly great. I always expect items like this to be shoddy, but this is a great piece of furniture. Its sturdy, comfortable, looks great, and the hinge for the storage is tight so the bench wont slam on your hands when opening or closing it. This bench is so quality that my friend who helped me put it together (its quick and easy to do but helps to have an extra set of hands) is buying one for herself.
It fits perfectly in my guest room and is so convenient for my guests to place their bag or use to put their shoes on. A little shorter than I expected but still a great addition!
I love this cute bench. Normally it sits in my entryway. Today we will use it in front of our Halloween backdrop at our family Halloween costume party. I recommend this bench! I love it.
Very happy with this ottoman. We were looking for an ottoman to place at the foot of our bed, and ordered this piece because of the storage capacity and simplistic style. We put it together in about 15 minutes (we had to use some of our own tools to tighten the screws) and were happy to see that the ottoman is exactly as its pictured. Its more on the sturdy side than soft, which we prefer, and is pretty lightweight. It matches well with the rest of our bedroom furniture. Our pets have taken a liking to it as well, which is an added bonus because now we have extra room in the bed at night.

It is very short and I feel I spent a lot of money for this product but it is as pictured and it is nice so I will keep it.
