The chairs are attractive and convenient to seat. They are about half as weight and half the price as most typical rocking chairs. I am consequently concerned about the long-term survival.
Fairly easy to put together. The only problem I had with assembly was the final step—putting in the screw plugs/covers.
I did ditch the included Allen wrench and used a ratchet screwdriver, which certainly saved time and simplified the assembly.
Bought this for my sister when she had her when her glider started squeaking madly with every sweep. We love it.
The design is just as pictured - transitional. The chair came in several pieces, the back slides into place on the seat
and then is bolted, and the bottom wood pieces come unassembled. All tools, screws, bolts were included and instructions were clear. Some of the screw locations were difficult to reach, requiring that you contort your hand a bit to accomplish the assembly.
The rock is smooth and oh so quiet. I purchased another chair so we d have one on each floor of the house. We put an ottoman in front of it for comfort, and the pocket is used for burp cloths, etc but would serve for magazines, books or a laptop/tablet.
I assembled this chair in about 20 minutes. Once assembled, it s very comfy and sturdy. It odd slides across my wooden floor as I rock in it, but it doesn t make any noise. Also, dog hair cones right off the velvet material. I d highly recommend this rocker!
WE added pillows to make it much more comfortable, but I just love to sit outside at night on my front entryway and listen to books on tape while crocheting. It makes me feel like a little old granny. Oh, wait, I AM a little old granny. Love this chair.
I bought 2 of these for my porch. They look amazing! I get so many compliments on them. Installed in minutes. I used glue as an added reinforcement because they do seem somewhat unsturdy. Hoping they last!

Attractive, convenient to seat but maybe not with long-term survival.

Good Looking
These chairs are lightweight and attractive. The wood is a little rough in spots but otherwise well finished. Pretty comfortable.
Lovely rocker!
