This is a very well made sofa and after reading countless reviews on 100s of others listed I can tell you, Im not in the least bit disappointed with my purchase. The cushions are firm but have a nice sturdy bounce to them that somehow works into making it comfortable, the back cushions Velcro right onto the back board to keep them in place from being tossed around and falling. The bottom cushions are not removable but you can wash the casings for the back pillows. This is not a large couch by any means but is perfect for anyone living in a small apartment, tiny house, replacing RV furniture etc. Im 50 exactly and had room to spare completely sprawled out. Its not a super deep couch but if youre on the smaller side I dont believe youll have any issues relaxing into this couch.
The packaging wasnt too big, it easily slid into my apartment. Everything came in one large box. I had a little trouble getting into the box and putting the couch together, but I loved how no tools were needed. The cushions seem a little firm, but they do have a little bounce to them. Over all, I love this couch for the price and the seat cushions will keep their form due to the way theyre made. Even though they seem firm, the couch is pretty comfortable.
We got two of these chairs and they are perfect for our needs. The fabric is nice and soft and (so far) easy to clean when needed (we have young kids and dogs so its an issue) the cushions are firm which we like. The only assembly required is attaching the legs and pushing the back down in place which only took a few minutes for both chairs.
Once I got it together, the sofa is firm, and long enough for a 6 foot person to lay comfortably. The assembly was terrible. One side did not line up with the brackets provided. It took hours of frustration with two people. We tried laying it many different ways to try to get it to fit. I wound up removing the misaligned brackets, and screwing it together with self drilling screws. Your brackets are a poor design. I certainly could design some better brackets, that lock when they go together. These two brackets did not line up. If it happens to you, take the brackets off, and screw it together, or buy a sofa from a different company.

Great value, looks nice but not super comfortable
Very affordable and cool modern design. The fabric seems durable and looks nice. The comfort however is not the best. A little too firm for my taste.

I like it, not too soft not too firm.
I hate going to furniture stores, sales men are a pain, this was much easier and Im happy with it.
Nice little chairs

Great looking ottoman
Ottoman is well made and true to the picture. Legs were very easy to attach.
Assembly was terrible
