First thing to note: if you have an issue with the product- CONTACT THE PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE LOCATED ON THE PRODUCT TAG. One of the arms of the chair had a sewing error where the machine had slipped and left a hole in the seam. After a single phone call and a few emails to get all of my information squared away, I had a brand new arm shipped OVERNIGHT to my home, at no extra cost to me! Now for the rest: The chair feels firm, which is what I wanted for a reading chair. The cushions are easy to remove and clean, and both cushions have easy access zippers for re-stuffing in the future. A great purchase, and Im currently looking at their other furniture pieces to fill out the rest of the room.
The couch looks cool. Its moderately comfortable. On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being very soft and 10 being very firm, Id give them a 6. It feels fine to sit on, but you wont sink into it.
The material feels thinner than I had hoped. Its holding up fine. Ive had the couch now for about 2 months, and dont sit on it too much. I worry that it could rip easilyif I had a dog that wanted to burrow into it I believe it would rip.
Its kind of low to the ground and I plan to buy new couch legs to boost it up higher a bit

I wanted a small love seat to fit two people in my sitting area of my house to add more space. This love seat was perfect and cute! Very easy to assemble with two people! Ver strong but a little stiff. To be honest though its the same quality as but cheaper! Would definitely recommend!
Love this ottoman, the color is just as picture a nice cognac tan. I would be nice if it were bigger to use perhaps as a coffee table style but it is too small for a 5x7 rug.
I really like the ottoman. It is sturdy and stylish. Unfortunately the fabric is inconsistent in an area which makes it look like it is stained. I thought maybe it was just a shadow, but you can see it in all light levels.
I dont know why anyone would wrote a poor review for this couch (unless damaged). Assembly is easy, its stiff but needs breaking in. It is small but not too small for a large living room. I am 57 and can lie on it. Its practical. At $400, Id be thrilled to have it last five years (tho I think it will last longer). I can afford $80/yr for this great couch.
Ive become a big fan of products and this is no exception. This sofa is easy to put together and has firm cushions. You can sleep on it for the night with no aches or pains in the morning. That being said, this sofa is for relatively slim people. Sitting normally is fine, but sitting across it (legs up) feels narrow.
