Both the chairs and the bench that came from this company arrived with stains on them. Is the company doing any quality control. New items should not arrived damaged/stained.

Quality did seem nice enough for the price. The tan is definitely a warm creamy color.
We did receive four chairs on time. Just assembled them and all look great. Hope, they will stay longer. Overall, we are happy for this purchase. Giving four start because legs color are rustic and does not go with dark Grey/Charcoal color. Overall good purchase!
Was so nervous to buy these chairs. Read reviews saying they wobble. No! They do not! If you follow instructions and only tighten bolts after all on and you check the chair first then they wont wonble. Will be a sturdy chair. Its made extremely well and the are beautiful. Ill be the first to say, Im a hard person to please! And I am extremely happy with these chairs. The color is what I expected. Just like pic. They are pretty and comfy. Love them. Ordered 4 in the lighter gray. Im remodeling our house and they go so well with the colors I am using
We needed teal upholstered chairs for the new table we purchased, and found these on . They look nice (and exactly as pictured) and work well with our decor. Packaging was adequate and the items arrived without damage. They come in three parts (back legs/seat back, front legs and seat) and have the hardware under the velcro section on the bottom of the cushion (took a minute to realize this!)
The instructions are a single page, but arent wholly clear on the order of the washers to be used when screwing the hex screws into the holes. It does come with the hardware, but the machining is poor for the screw holes and the exposed wood in the cushion had splinters, so be careful when assembling.
When done, they feel sturdy and somewhat comfortable.
If they improve the machining of the screw holes, and sand the exposed wood, itd be a solid 4 star item for sure, especially at this price.
