I love the cart but...the doors do not hang evenly and the hinges were already on so Im stuck...not sure if I can redo it or not? This is disappointing for me.
This breakfast bar came well packaged the instructions were very clear, took us around an hour or so to put together and it looks beautiful in our kitchen. Very happy with this purchase!
I love love love this island. I use it every night, due to our lack of counter space. It is very convenient. Best purchase of 2021, it was worth every cent to have extra counter space AND storage.
Product overall not bad....
As you can see from the pictures the box was pretty banged up when it was delivered so I was expecting a lot of issues. Once it was put together I did find two, one was on the counter top, a small gouge in the wood. Found that as I was cleaning it, ran my hand over it and got a splitter. The second was on the back bottom corner, you can see it was hit and chipped. Putting it together took a couple of hours, not to bad. A second pair of hands will come in handy for a step or two. For the price it's not bad, if I bought it from a physical store I would of never excepted it with those two issues, or at least would not of paid $286. Good piece, looks nice, just beware of possible damage. Not sure if seller can do anything at this point regarding the damage? To heavy and to much work to take apart to send back.
I added legs to hold up the folding top.
The fold out brackets it comes with are very weak. I would not recommend using them long term.
This also helped strengthen and stabilize the unit.
I live in a 200sqft studio apartment. I needed a) extra storage, b) a place for eating, and c) something to divide the room from kitchen to living area.
I love this cart! With two people, it took roughly 2 hours. The drawers were the most time consuming. The directions are very clear. Read them carefully, youll save a lot of time and hassle!
The leaf extends and is secured by locking the the leaf holders onto attached white blocks (hard to explain, see last photo).

Second day I had it my husband placed a bag of ice on the wood top and dented it! Cheap material for sure.
