The packaging, i must say, was impressive. I wouldve given a five star for assembly only if they had drilled the holes that fit the parts better. On two occasions, I had to personally drill the holes deeper to accommodate the assembly process. But overall, good product for its price.

The instructions are completely pictographic (e.g. like Ikea) so you have to pay close attention to getting everything oriented the correct way or you will end up having to back track. Quality if acceptable. Drawer feels a little flimsy. The shelves are strong enough to hold very heavy appliances, like a mixer. Towel rack doesn't stay in place very well and is made of plastic.
I ordered a cherry cart and it was supposedly in stock, then delayed a month, and then another month, and another. I ordered in August and cancelled the order in late November when I got another notice that the cart wouldn't be delivered until January <maybe>. I ended up getting the black cart with brown top. The black finish is fine. The top is sort of plasticy.

The item comes unassembled. The packaging was heavy and sturdy. However, there were a couple of chips on the end of a board in the grain of the wood. It took me all morning to put it together. The instructions consist of pictures and no words. A couple of places were hard to follow, which made me take it partway apart. During assembly, one of the cast aluminium connectors broke. I called for a replacement part. They have to send me an entire unit for a five cent part. I have to take out the part from the new unit and send the new unit back. Such a waste.
