Had this for 3 weeks now. It is a great sofa. I bought for my toddler game room. He love to seat on it for TV and play his toy on it. Very light weight easy to move around, it also can lay flat on floor. The adjust back support is great for 3 different location. Great for sleep on. The only thing I do not like is it come with a smell from the sofa, I have spry some good smell on it to clean it up. Great customer service!
3 stars bc it came in multiple pieces no instruction on what pieces go where so it took me ab 45 mins to figure out where everything goes. plus i didnt know it had the serta sheeps all over the cover i thought it was just solid grey. other than that its really comfortable cute. also only fits 2 kids, not 3
I am so glad I decided to purchase this chair. I was looking for something to fit nicely under my daughters loft bed that she could use to sit on and also could be used when her friends sleepover. This works and fits perfectly for that. Although I have not slept on it myself those that did said it was comfortable and sturdy.
Order this two weeks ago and was kinda upset on it taking a week more to get here then my other stuff even tho it said it was prime. But my child absolutely loves it ! I was was word about it after reading some of the other reviews but compared to the little couchs that have Characters on them this was definitely worth the wait. When buying it I didnt know it was an actual Serta couch for I thought it was just normal padding but let me tell you this thing is comfortable definitely could be used for a napping mat other couches that I like this one cost a lot more for a lot less quality. If anything happens to mine I would definitely buy again as other people stated the zipper its not all there thats definitely a safety feature that I dont mind finding something to use to open it it was not hard does it without it oh my seems line up in the zipper work just great And also the fact that has a little Surat of sheep on it I think its the cutest thing ever. Shipping may take longer do anybody looking to order it but its definitely worth it. Not to mention it came in a very tiny box and I had no clue how whole couch fit in it that was half the fun part was opening it up and letting the foam be taken out of the vacuum pack and watching it rise.
Very nice and as expected from other reviewers. Opens low to floor but very functional. Arrived with worn area on one corner but not worth repacking and returning. Bed mode, best for kids or small adult

Comfortable and sturdy convertible chair/bed
I am so glad I decided to purchase this chair. I was looking for something to fit nicely under my daughters loft bed that she could use to sit on and also could be used when her friends sleepover.
