Once all parts were identified, and must use a powered drill, it was very satisfying and once I sat in it, I was so so pleased. The look, fit, feel is there and yet you can FOLD it TOO!!! LOVE THIS ITEMdefinite buy and do if you are up to a small project with a great deal of reward.
Some wood piece was split or broken for the price the should have arrived with no blemish it was pretty easy after the first chair was assembled and the wood does feel sturdy but the holes in the wood and the lettering that is suppose to assist with the assembly of the chair are not predominant enough very hard to see or make out
We love these chairs. We have several of them in on our back porch and patio they look great, stand up to harsh weather, and clean up beautifully. Also, I am impressed with the service. There was an issue with my most recent order, but the seller worked with us to resolve the issue favorably
All the boards were not the length, that they were suppose to be, so had to be cut down, for chair to be able to fold up. Also, there were two pieces that had cracks in the wood, which cracked more when tightened together. Sent email to manufacturer, asking for replacements for these 2 pieces, but never received any kind of reply.
Easy to order, arrived timely, well packaged. It was rated for my husbands weight but needed some modifications to the arms for my 66 320lbs hubby to fit in it. Needless to say it now doesnt fold after being modified but he still loves it.
Chairs were easy for my husband to put together, however a few days later we tried to move them to the area where they would sit and the screws had already loosened up and wood was splitting (no one had even set in them at that time). Chairs are pretty but feels cheap and not very sturdy for an adult.
