The couch wasnt really what I expected but it was okay for the price. The back cushions are thin, so throw pillows are definitely recommended. Theres a spot where you can see through the couch but again, the throw pillows will cover it. The seating is firm. Can easily be decorated up or down.
I wanted to make a little me space down in my unfinished basement. I wasnt looking for something cry expensive but I did want it to be comfortable as I planned on using it to escape reality and have a inviting place to go when I need me time. It came very quick and it took me maybe 30 minutes to put it all together by myself. I will say, the boxes it comes in are awkward shaped and LARGE. So I did have to have help getting it inside. But it is SO comfy. Its a little on the firm side but I prefer that. The back is not that attractive but I cover it with a blanket. All in all, I would 10/10 recommend it to anyone.
We moved into a new home in Feb 2020 and I have been looking for a couch for over a year. Furniture shopping during the pandemic has been frustrating, at best. Any couches that I have had my eye on advise that delivery would take 36+ weeks. Hard to swallow. I have a decent budget but didnt want to spend it on something that I didnt really love. This meant that we have had a queen/size blow/up mattress in our living room for going on 18 months. Not fun. My hubby suggested looking on for a cheap alternative. Much searching led me to this couch.
Boxes 1/3 and 3/3 came a day earlier than predicted. I contacted the seller and got a response within hours that advised me that box 2/3 was scheduled for delivery the next day and they provided me with a tracking number. It did arrive as scheduled.
Husband put together, says it was pretty easy. Cushions fluffed up almost immediately. For less than 600, including shipping, I feel it is a great buy. It really doesnt feel cheaply made. The material is a sort of very low pile chenille. I would describe the color as a medium shade of denim.
So far, it is pretty comfy. Definitely not plush, but supportive and comfortable to hang out on and watch TV. It is a tad low to the ground. Pretty much as high as the ottoman. But not finding that to be a problem. Pictures are after one night. I will update after a few months.
All in all, I know this isnt my forever couch. Its our Covid couch. If it lasts 6/12 months, long enough for the supply chains to restore themselves, I will be satisfied.
And, customer service was admirable, as well.

BUT this couch is not worth 400. ive had it for about a week and the middle of the back support is loosened and people cant sit back or else the couch will break. im not sure how long this couch will last and thats disappointing for 400.

Cushions at first arent comfy but once they fully expand and you sit in them and wear them in a little, they are pretty nice. My cats seem to like it too, so its a win in my book. Great color too!
I bought this to replace 18yr old furniture. They definitely dont make furniture like they used to! That being said I bought this with the expectations of getting 2/3yrs out of it. Its perfect for small spaces! Its firm but comfortable. I love the versatility of the ottoman. It was fairly easy to assemble. BE CAREFUL, I put one of the backs in backwards and had to have a friend help me pull it out.
CON: I wish the back were a bit taller and possibly thicker. Its ok because I have backed up to a wall, but if I didnt I would be very mindful
OVERALL: I am pleased with this couch and would recommend
This sofa was inexpensive but exactly what I wanted. Our space is small but this fits perfectly in our sitting area. This sofa is fairly comfortable and was not real difficult to put together. Perfect for me and my fur babies. Only con is one cushion did not fully puff up to be even with other sofa cushions.
