I absolutely love this chair. I have extreme difficulty getting out of a chair. This chair did the trick. I especially like that there are separate controls for the footrest and the back rest. The lift is a gentle lift so one does not go flying out of the chair. Thank you.
Very very happy with the purchase, chair is of great quality, super easy to put together. One note is the chair only has varying vibration settings no kneading or pressure but it does a great job with what it has and the heat setting gets very hot too.
I have been searching for the perfect recliner AND rocker combination. I searched for weeks in fact. This one meets my expectations. The only thing That is not that great is the massage features. They are not strong enough.

Do you simply buy another recliner I wrote the company; no reply. I followed the Q A on ; no help. It works perfectly. Another disaster avoided.
