I did read the reviews and the one stars. this chair is nice I am a short big guy and it fits me perfectly. The massagers are a little lite but I hardly use it. Sitting and relaxing after standing for 8 hrs is nice to come home and sit in this chair. I also have the dogs claw at it to come up and sit with me and no tares in the leather. I am happy with it.
This is a lifesaving recliner for anyone who suffers sore back, legs, arthritis or compressed spine like me . I sit in this all day and love love it way more cushion than the last office chair I tried. The vibration is a little too loud to use while Im talking on the phone but before work and break its fantastic and the heat feels so great .
These chairs are perfect in my opinion and a great value for the price. I ordered 2 in brown and they look great. Shipping was very fast and the assembly was simple by myself. The picture instructions make it a breeze. The only struggle was sliding the back down onto the brackets that hold it just because I am short and it was a little awkward to balance it while lining it up with the brackets on each side. The swivel feature is a great plus, whereas some recliners are stationary. The rocking feature is very nice as well. The chair reclines easily and is comfortable. I took a nap in it within 30 minutes of assembly. The cup holders are very nice for my drink and tv remote. Side pocket is a nice feature as well and the heat/massage options add to the comfort. They are firm but that is what I wanted so I am overall satisfied. The heat feature works well but to use it without the massage feature you do have to have both features on and then just eliminate each level of the massage feature and you can let the heat remain on. It would be nice to have just the heat feature to choose in a simpler way but it still works you just have to go through the steps to use just that feature. I have had a couple weeks so cant attest to longevity, but I believe with normal care they will last a long time. The shipper was polite and responded quickly when I had a specific shipping question. I am very pleased with my purchase of these 2 chairs and would definitely purchase again if I had another space that needed them.
I absolutely LOVE this chair. Ive been eyein it for a while now and my wonderful, sweet, darling Mama surprised me with it this morning for my birthday on Thursday the 25th of March! Update: I have to sleep in this chair every night because of my back pain. The ONLY thing bad I have to say about this lovwly beautiful wonderful chair is that, i do wish there were a way I could stop the swivel from swiveling! I turn over in the chair and start spinnibg! Lmbo! So yea that I the only thing. I mean im sure they can update it and put one of those lil handles on it lile an office chair that swivels abd u will be able to stop it. Thanks tho I still love my chaur, either way! ;)
