I dont know why anyone would wrote a poor review for this couch (unless damaged). Assembly is easy, its stiff but needs breaking in. It is small but not too small for a large living room. I am 57 and can lie on it. Its practical. At 400, Id be thrilled to have it last five years (tho I think it will last longer). I can afford 80/yr for this great couch.
Ive become a big fan of products and this is no exception. This sofa is easy to put together and has firm cushions. You can sleep on it for the night with no aches or pains in the morning. That being said, this sofa is for relatively slim people. Sitting normally is fine, but sitting across it (legs up) feels narrow.
This piece is easy to put together. The back cushions are very thin and dont feel like much at all, but you get what you pay for. I needed extra seating in my office and this is perfect since no one is lounging on it.
Very comfortable to sit on and sleep on. To have more room for laying, we take the cushions off the back part and it a little smaller than a twin size bed

I liked the color, fabric ok. I think the sofa is quite uncomfortable , not as it appears. It appears in pictures like is would be nice to cuddle in, but its not quite like that. The arms arent as pillowy as they appear, and the cushions are actually quite hard to sit on. It was extremely easy to assemble. I did it without any help in about 15 minutes. I would say that overall the couch is quite stiff, and I doubt that it will become less tight and stiff with time. Its OK for people to sit on for awhile, but if you are looking for a soft comfy couch you can curl up in, plan on spending more money.
The couch came on time in a big box. Easy to assemble. True to measurements in the description. Great cushions and support. Low profile. Only complaints I have are the gap between the back cushions and how thin the back cushions are. If the cushions were just a tad thicker and wider this would be perfect! Great for smaller spaces.
I bought the brown and it looked like it had warm tones in the picture. It is more of a gray, like a very dark taupe. So far, that is my only quibble, because it was easy to assemble, seems sturdy, and looks great. Im very pleased other than the surprise about the color.

VERY easy to put together. That was awesome. Nice color. The only complaint is that the materiel is wrinkly, maybe it will straighten out with time
