First used for a cruise vacation, we didn't even roll the suitcase a half mile and the wheels already looks like i travel couple time , for sure i will need to replace them after a second vacation.. don't waste your money , get better quality suitcases..
One case flew out of the back of our truck on a road trip when we hit a bump at 100 MPH (making good time). Turned around to retrieve it and it was still closed, didn't break open. Just scuffed. I thought for sure the glass Pilar candle inside I had bought as a gift would be broken but no, it was completely fine. Unbelievable.
First trip was 3 plane transfers each way. Little to no scratches or scuffs. Rolled smoothly thru customs on returning. Sturdy, maneuverable, and looked good.
One of the three suitcases arrive damaged. The interior lining was ripped and complete compromises the integrity of the case. Reached out to and since it was more than 30 days — they referred me to the manufacturer, CoolLife. Well, folks — save your money and shop elsewhere — Cool Life is anything but cool. The case is less than 4 months old. Shoddy quality and they dont stand by it. Product not being prepared or replaced. They sent me $30. I paid $200. I asked repeatedly for either a refund or a replacement given the damage and situation — request fell on deaf ears. Terrible service.
We purchased 2 sets of this garbage late last year. Both sets are already falling part. The shell is cracked, the wheel is falling off, and the zippers have come off. It's a miracle our belongings didn't spill out all over the airport.
We contacted customers service about both of these issues. On one order, they offered a $50 refund and we get to keep the luggage. That does us no good because we can't buy a new luggage set for $50. After going back and forth they offered us $60. Still not good enough. So then they offered to replace 1 suitcase with a different kind. I finally caved and did that but only after they told me that was all they were willing to do and if I didn't like it I should report it to (which I fully intend to do).
For the second set, they offered us a whopping $20 and have not budged. If they do I will update this thread.
UPDATE: They just upped it to a whopping $30!
Dear Customer, In regards to the issue mentioned, we offer a partial refund. After consulting our supervisor, we can refund you $30 as compensation for your troubles. I can't buy another suitcase for $30!
UPDATE: They just replied to my latest email. They said that if I didn't already post a review they will try to have a satisfactory solution. If I already posted my review they want to see a screenshot of it first.

All of the above and its very stylish
Great product Stylish Great purchase
Very maneuverable
Very nice. Holds a lot. I just wish it had a little front pocket to sneak a few things in while in the airport.
Dented
The luggage came dented. Super disappointed. If it cant handle being transported to my house, how will it be able to handle going through an airport?
simply, the best
awesome suitcases. Color exactly like in the picture, great quality and mobility.
Durable AF

These are super lightweight
Very roomy, good product for the cost. I bought the red and love it.
Held up well thru 7 airports, 6 plane transfers!
