All pieces arrived undamaged. The instructions are easy enough to follow, but would be a lot easier if theyd label the hardware. We added LED lights underneath and my daughter loves it. The shelf adds a lot of storage and the raised bed opens up the room for more space to play. It seems sturdy. Im hoping it holds up well. For now Im giving it 5 stars. Ill update if things change.

I bought 2 of these beds. They look nice and for the price the quality is decent (not the greatest.) they are a little time consuming to put together but not too bad if you are at least somewhat handy.
My daughter wanted more floor space in her room, and a safe place for the cat and her to chill out without the dog getting in their business all the time. I love this product it works great as she is doing online school this year. Desk gives her plenty of room for schoolwork and art projects. Packaging was simple, minimal, and it was easy to assemble.
The bars on the ladder can be a little uncomfortable for your feet but that can be said for almost any bed or loft bed. Still five stars for me.
This bed is well made and fairly easy to assemble. There was a hiccup with a few places that had screw insertsthey just pushed thru the wood. Very disappointed that after contacting the company about this faulty part, they asked me to submit the problem online and then they stopped responding. I purchases 2 of these beds and anything to do with this certain part did not work as designed. I was able to make it work, but ruined the wood. Thankfully that part is against the wall and not visable. If they would correct this issue this bed would be a great buy.

This bed is solid heavy wood. And the price aming.

Sturdy looks nice
Took about an hour and half for my husband to put together but works great for our 7 and 4 year old.
