Pay close attention to the instructions. I had to take it down and do it all over again because I made 1 mistake and didnt notice until it was time to attach the ladder. Only thing I dont like is how much noise the bed makes. Especially when someone is on the top bunk.
comes with everything except a Philips screwdriver. Took about 4 hours to put up. Had six year old helping. She was excited. Probably would take 3 hours with out my helper
It was pretty difficult to put together but I did it by myself. The plastic pieces that are supposed to lock in the rungs are really difficult to get it the slot as well as one of the side safety bars I had to man handle to get screwed in properly. The bed squeaks with every tiny movement my child makes. Despite the squeakyness it seems sturdy and my child is enjoying the bed and allows room for her desk underneath. Since my daughters share a room it is perfect for small spaces.
Update
After having the bed for a few months now the squeakiness has gone away
I would give five stars when reading on customer service alone. The bed arrived missing several pieces, and one of the pieces was mis/drilled. I contacted through their website and received a response within a day. The individual pieces were out of stock however, the customer service rep offered to send a whole new bed free of charge for us too take the missing parts from.
This bed is good for kids and preteens. Im not sure how it would hold up for anyone upwards of 200lbs. It was a pain to assemble, mostly because of the ceiling fan in the bedroom. However, given we needed it due to the small space, its worth not being able to use the ceiling fan. There were missing pieces in our original shipment, including not enough washers or screws. If not for the second bed that came free of charge, we would have been forced to return it. It does wobble when someone is climbing up. We have not had to tighten any of the screws so far, after 2 weeks of use. There is no storage capacity, it is just a frame and a bed.
All I can say for this product is that it relieves so much space. Although a little wobbly, it does hold up my weight (170lbs) extremely well along with the mattress. Its dimensions /height and width wise/ are about the same as a twin size and the space under the bed is comfortable enough for me (who is 61) to put my commodities and have a little living area. Overall I give it a solid 9.5/10 just because its a little wobbly
I bought this for my daughter because she needed space. It was easy enough to assemble just by myself. They even threw in spares which is nice because we move every three years or so in the military. I highly recommend. Super sturdy, easy assembly and looks smashing.
Bought for my daughter to maximize soace in her room for a desk for schoolwork.
When the bed arrived, the box was undamaged. Every piece was clearly marked, no damage, and instructions were clear.
Assembly went smoothly, and took about an hour to an hour and a half with 2 people. Every piece, except for one mattress support bar, fit perfectly. Build seems sturdy, though we will know more when my daughter is home to test it out more regularly.
As for the one bar that was about 1/2 an inch too short, putting in a request for a new part was easy. Customer service responded by the next day, via email, telling us they were sending the part out. Within a few days we had the new part (pleasant surprise, we expected it to take a week).
All in all, the bed will serve it purpose and customer service was wonderful.
The instructions were absolutely terrible it pretty much had to guess what you were doing after getting everything all assembled bed seemed kind of flimsy and wobbly for my 10/year/old all in all I guess its okay for the money I wouldnt buy it again

Elegant look
I like this bunk bed. It allows you to sit at the bottom bed and not hit your head on the top one. FYI: I am a short person.
Sturdy enough for a preteen, not sure about durability
