We love the look of it. It is well made, and holds up to 2 older teens. Did not take long for my oldest adult Son to put together. We will be buying another one here soon. We have 10 inch mattresses on them.
Very pleased with the quality. Everything went together well. The instructions couldve been a bit more helpful, but they were not bad enough to warrant a star deduction. If I ever need another bunk bed I wouldnt hesitate to buy this one again.
Arrived a week ago, much earlier than expected, so thats a plus. Finally got to assembling it today, literally 1 week later. Assembly was okay at best, definitely check for all bars to be in proper place first and dont tighten all books until end. About 60/90 minutes and 2 people would be best.
It teeters so much, definitely needs an anchor. Husbands about 260lbs 66 and successfully laid on both top and bottom for about 5 minutes. Top bars bowed slightly, so well see / praying to God no problems but Im seriously doubting the weight claims. Ill update this review, but right now at best a 3 because Im skeptical. Also, the width is awkwardly wide for a twin size. Easily 3 wider than mattresses and pending on how your bottom bed is positioned to a wall the gap could easily double, lots of mattress sliding movement. The ladder bars are brutal on the feet.

Nice and study. My husband put it together with very little help from me. My daughter has been sleeping on it for over a month now and we have had no issues.

Giving only 4 stars since the explanation for drilling the desk board on the bed was not well explained, resulting into 4 holes now in the desk .
We bought 2 of these bulk beds for the kids room at our vacation condo. They were a time consuming to assemble, but all parts were included and none were damaged. The finished product is stable and secure and looks great. The kids love sleeping in these bunkbeds.
I love this bed. It shipped and got to my house a few days earlier than expected which was nice. It took me 2 and a half hours to put together on my own. The directions were very clear and easy to follow! I just ordered another one for my other daughter!
The bed arrived fairly quickly and deliverer right to my door. The box is large and , though I was able to pick it up and move it into my garage. The box was somewhat beaten up from shipping, but the contents were in pristine condition and well packaged. Each part is individually wrapped in plastic with styrofoam separating large pieces and completely lining the sides of the box.
Assembly was straightforward, and with one adult (except for the final few steps) it took about 3 hours / mostly due to the number of bolts. It IS possible to assemble it with one adult, but is definitely not recommended as it would require you to hold large, pieces perfectly aligned while finding bolt holes and getting the bolts started by hand. I called my 14 year old daughter in for the major piece assembly and it was fairly easy.
The bed is very sturdy. Dont get me wrong, you can wiggle it a little back and forth, but my impression is that youd have to purposely attempted to tip it over to actually make it do so. The kit also include wall mounting brackets that allow you to bolt the bed to the wall (into studs or structural members) to absolutely ensure it cant move. I did not do that, and am comfortable with it as is.
Overall a good bed that both my teenage daughter and I are satisfied with.

Space saver
Super easy to put together and looks great in my sons room. Only complaint I have is that the ladders positions cant be changed.
