The packaging was of styrofoam that was broken into very small pieces that stuck to every thing the floor, me, my dog, the cabinet, needless too say the manufacture in China needs a better packaging. Missing screws that held the drawer rollers in place and the ones that where present are too small and didnt work, replaced all with longer and more substantial ones. Had to add black marker to several areas to cover where finish came off in transit.
I was very hesitant to purchase two of these nightstands because of the published reviews but I was drawn to the simple and clean design of it, that I gave in and decided to purchase them. The product arrived 2 days later after I placed the order and it came very well packaged. Upon opening the box, I was immediately relieved and very impressed of the quality of this nightstand. The overall set up was extremely easy and the instructions are very clear. It took me under an hour to set up both of these nightstands. I was mostly impressed about the storage space in the three drawers. They were bigger than I expected. The overall quality of this nightstand is by far AMAZING for the price. The only possibly negative thing that I could say is that one of the drawer brackets for the drawer to glide in and out came loose and all I had to do was simply screw it back in tightly.
I would highly recommend and purchase again if I had too!
I ordered 2 of these and I had my boyfriend (who is impatient and breaks at least one thing during every project I have him do ) put one together that night and he didnt break a single part. Luckily we had ordered 2 because one piece from that one was too big so had we not had the second one to steal a part from for the time being then I would have had an incomplete night stand for at least a week. That being said, I contacted the seller and they sent out a replacement parts pack very quickly. This night stand is super cute and durable. The drawers dont have actual tracks that they slide out on; they kind of just sit in their spots but that doesnt bother me at all, its just a little detail to note. All in all Im very happy with this purchase and the customer service too!
had these as like new items listed in their warehouse. Under their description of like new, it said new in box but packaging will be damaged. They are perfect and I save a lot of money buying like new
Nice solid night stand. Please note not all of the nightstand is wood as noted in the description. There was also an issue with one of the handles, which quickly replaced.
