    Comfy and soft.

Just the change I needed! Easy to put on, but measurements are slightly off, so seams are stretched.

    Looks expensive, love it

I ordered the navy and beige cover, the material is of great quality. I wish they would make armrest in same material

    Very nice but very firm

We are using this in a bedroom with workout equipment so it folds up nicely when no one is staying in the bedroom and it easily folds out when we need to use it for a bed. It is very firm, so we use a twin mattress pad on top to make it a little more comfy when we make it into a bed.

This chaise is worth every penny. Easy to assemble, very sturdy, and is a great accent chair for my bedroom. I love it

    Easy to assemble

I was searching for a sofa bed and decided to get one that was easy to assemble. I received my sofa bed earlier this year and I wanted to wait months later after using it to write a review. I love the fabric on this and it easy to clean with a little damp of soap/water. This sofa bed is light to move from one side to next in your bedroom. It is heavy for one person to carry upstairs. I had my oldest brother help me do that. The transformation to lounge chair, to ottman, to bed was easy. The thing I dislike is snapping the bed rest up and flat down. The thing I dislike is when I was unzipping the back of the bed rest, there was sticky and crumbly feeling of something on the black metal rails. I needed to get a flash light and use warm soap water wipe down that part. I decided after that to investigate under the fabric to see what other parts had this problem. Finally, I would give the rate of this product a 10. Advice to customers: I decided to purchase me two extra throw pillows to with the other throw that it came with. This sofa bed is firm to lay on. The pillows will help with making it as comfortable as possible.

    Ottoman is not separate

This is a nice chair that seems to be well constructed. I put it together myself in less than an hour. It comes mostly assembled already, just the legs and arms to attach. The arms were a bit tricky in that they have to be balanced, and attached on the inside of the frame. This is one of those pieces that uses allen wrenches to tighten the bolts and those are hard on my hands. A few of them are in tight corners where its hard to turn. However, the scale of this chair is fairly small. Its not that tall, although it is plenty big enough for my overweight self to sit on it, and I dont feel squashed or that it will collapse. It just looks a bit odd next to my other furniture which tends to be oversized. The one thing that I didnt realize is that this is a true chaise - in that the ottoman is attached to the seat. You cannot separate them because there are only 3 sets of legs. In fact, its attached with a hinge to allow it to be folded up for transport. I bought this chair specifically for an elderly relative to sit on because it was lower to the ground and easier for her to get in and out of - except the attached ottoman defeats that purpose.

    Nice size. Needs some adapting.

Out of the box its pretty easy to unfold it into its various configurations. It was VERY firm to sleep on directly - probably not comfortable as-is - but we bought a single (twin) memory foam topper, which made it very comfortable. Opened to a flat bed configuration, its just a tiny bit smaller than a regular twin bed an adult fits comfortably, although a tall person might not fit. Fitted sheet fits well (especially with the addition on the topper). Top sheet and blanket were a little long at the bottom, so we put clips on the end corners and bungeed the clips underneath to ensure our guest didnt get tangled up in them if getting up in the middle of the night. (Because of the design, there is no ability to tuck the bottom of the top sheet and blanket, but the clip and bungee thing worked!) Also, there was an issue with keeping the leg at the head of the bed from collapsing with movement of the bed. We overcame this problem with a metal rod (or wood would also work), which fit tightly between the leg for the head of the bed and the ottoman leg to prevent any chance of collapse. We purchased this because we wanted the capability of allowing a friend to sleep over, should the need arise, but wanted to use a very small guest room as a craft room and didnt want to fill the room with a standard twin bed which might only be used once or twice a year. With the added topper and the security rod, the ottoman/bed fits the bill. Its easy to convert from ottoman to lounge seat to bed and back with easy-to-follow directions. Once we did it a couple of times, we dont need the directions any more. The gray material looks nice as an ottoman or lounge and the frame is sturdy (except for the head of the bed being prone to collapse - that could use something to secure it.) Anyway, if youre up for dealing with the 2 issues mentioned (head of bed leg and extra firmness of sleeping surface), especially if space is at a premium, this may work for you. It did for us - and our guest.
