FEDEX lost this item for about 10 days. The company was very responsive, helpful and didnt rest until the product was tracked down and delivered. Thanks for looking out for the customer! The item so far has exceeded my expectations. Very cool versatile design.
This is the best piece of furniture we bought for the cabin. Its super sturdy and comfortable. No one can believe it doubles as a bed. I think 3 friends bought these already because they saw it at our house.
The details are impressive - like the magnetic edges to keep the skirt down.
I absolutely love it. Very sturdy and comfortable. I use a thin mattress on top, it makes it more soft, overall a great buy. Great customer service as well with prompt response.
I LOVE IT. I had a slight issue when it arrived, but the company took care of it right away and I could not be happier. They have incredible customer service. Something I wish more companies would establish. Well done. And beautiful piece of furniture.
There is absolutely no reason to buy accents or lounge chairs from a big chain furniture store. These are PERFECT and such a GREAT price! Assembly was very quick and easy, my toddler even helped put the legs on. Id give 100 stars!!

It is not super soft and comfortable but I think it is a great deal (under $300).
I regret not buying two of these that the light beige is not available anymore.

Perfect hideaway twin bed

Very pretty but Very low to the ground
We thought it would sit up higher so my husband would feel like he was falling just sitting down on it to tie his shoes.
Bolt was missing
The product was fine but there was a bolt missing which held one side together. Please recheck the merchandise before it is sent.
