I needed to find a couch that would fit through a narrow hallway and this one was perfect. It came in three heavy boxes but was pretty easy to assemble. The fabric of the couch seems very durable and easy to clean. I love the added storage in the chaise. As others have said it is a firm couch. The kids love the sleeper pull out for movie nights.
Works well for our space. Not the highest quality, like that it can be used for an extra sleeping spot. Worried about how long it will last. Its ok. Looks great in our space!

I love the convert to a full size bed for the living room or guest room. Easy to assemble and comfortable, I like the firmest of the chair. 4 stars is because look perfect when it a chair but have a gap when you pull out the bed other than that
Good little couch, quite hard. So I sit on a few blankets when Im sitting on it for a movie. The sitting area is quite small where the extended part is not located. My husband tends to just pull out the rollout each time he sits on the couch. One of the legs seem to have snapped somehow not too sure how. My husband only weighs 210 pounds.
Ill be reaching out to the seller about that. Otherwise our overall great couch. Feels a little pricey for what you get
This is very small / not meant for a living room or living area and definitely not enough room to sleep 2 people.
Had one just like this that we bought from Menards, and loved it so much we bought a second. Low and behold. not anywhere near compatible. If youre 43 then its a great sized couch. But its low to the ground and the seating comes to about mid thigh and Im only 57. Its just way too small for any practical situation. But of course being so large its more of hassle to send back and repackage, so I will end up selling it locally to someone and take the loss. Very disappointed.
Oh and lastly, Im pretty sure this couch is just made of plywood wrapped in fabric because it is HARD. SO uncomfortable.

I wouldnt normally buy furniture online but with very limited selection near me and Amons return policy I decided to give it a chance. I have a lot of medical problems with my back and legs so I spend a lot of time laying down and really needed something comfortable in both sitting and laying.
This was very easy to put together, having someone to help definitely is recommended though. Its a shallow couch, not one youre going to sink into and at first its very very firm, but still comfortable. Once youve used it for a couple of weeks the foam in the seat breaks in some and its definitely got some squish to it, but its still firm and supportive. Its extremely comfortable to lay on and very very easy to convert to a sleeper.
Honestly its well worth the money.

/ esthetically pleasing and low profile for small room, where an extra inch of floor plans is critical.
/ being a reversible unit makes it a attractive option.

/Seems flimsy after assembly. Armrest dont clamp firmly.
/Not as comfortable as expected it. This sofa would be a perfect fit for little people. A full size human like me wont be pleased after 2 hrs of watching TV. If you are over 6ft tall, you will be disappointed.

Came without the screws
This sofa is a piece of rock. Most uncomfortable sofa Ive ever tried. It came without the screws and the seller does not care about it.
