This chair is beautiful!! I was expecting much less for the price but this item really impressed me. Its super sturdy, solid, and looks great in our family room. Adorned with a few pillows and a throw, it looks like such a high end piece!
The boxes arrived without any damage, however, upon opening the boxes, we found the wood arms and legs of the chairs were scarred before packing and had the repairs to the scratches was poorly done. They are comfortable but the damaged wood is unsightly. Obviously the wood was damaged before packing and the attempts to cover it up were poorly done.
Getting all the pieces just right was a bit of a pain. Only a few swear words from me ;) I was able to put it together alone in about 20-30 minutes; I admit I'm a little bit of a perfectionist.
It's beautiful. The color is perfect. This is my sun chair where I sip my coffee and sit with my legs over the side to calmly wake up before the child invades my space. I really like it. Perfect for my needs.

It is also a bit difficult to follow the instructions, which slowed the assembly. But it only took me 45 minutes to assemble the chair by myself. Keep in mind, it includes nearly all components required for assembly, but you will need your own Phillips-head screwdriver or drill. I assembled mine manually. Im extremely happy with this chair and am excited to show it off to friends and family!
Also, Ive read reviews about getting the wrong item from what is pictured. Make sure the seller is listed as Baxton so youre actually getting the product from the picture instead of a knock off.
A 3 star because it was more difficult to assemble than expected and had to improvise. The final product looks good and I like the firmness of the cushion—need more usage to comment on sturdiness. Assembly—got through most of the steps within the first 30 mins, but spent the next few hours struggling to line up the bolt to the bran nut for both arms. I ended going to Lowes to get a cross headed bolt of similar dimension and length to complete the assembling. While trying to figure out where to get technical support as I was too far down the work to disassemble and return the product, the links for website led to nowhere and there was no phone number listed. customer service provided a number but by then I had improvised already. The chair though looks good and I like the firmness of the cushion. Will report on sturdiness after some usage.
The chair is beautiful. The instructions are TERRIBLE. Id still buy it again (in fact I may buy a second one) but Im definitely making my husband put together the next one.

Poor quality wood work

Only set back is that wooden hole covers come off easily. Is there anyway we can order a couple?

Missing parts found!!
Thought package came with missing nails and screws but I found it! one was in the box and the other was in the package.
Not as good as expected
It is study and easy to assemble. A few problems: 1. The left arm is a bit loose and there is a clear deep scratch. 2. The chair is a bit low
