The package with parts was broken open so little pieces of hardware were all over inside the box. There were nicks and damages to the wooden arms as if this was a return that got sent to me. The instructions were inscrutable. I like putting thigs together and figured it out, but when Left is marked R and Right is marked L, it's clear that mistakes were made - poor attention to that. Plus, the design seemed good, but the chair is not ergonomic. I sure looks good in a room, but it's a very stiff seat and built for long-legged people.
This chair is wonderful. It's a little harder/firmer seating than I imagined, but it is well constructed and was super easy to put together (less than 20 minutes). Lovely lines.

Looks exactly as it does in the picture. Solid and sturdy, and I like the style. I use it in my office quite often when not sitting at my desk, and the cushions have held up very well. It hasn't gotten worn or lost it's shape.
No problems with this chair and would recommend it to anyone.

Missing a washer and an essential nut to hold the chair together. The directions are confusing and barely helpful. Cannot assemble chair until getting the part, frustrated to either have to deal with customer service and/or a trip to the hardware store.
They are beautiful, really nice to look at. Perfect addition to our living room. When you sit down you think that it will be like a normal cushioned chair. NOPE! Hard as a rock. Like sitting on a dining chair.
We kept them because we like the look, but they will likely take years to break in.
