out of beautiful, solid poplar wood from Virginia. I really, really love this platform bed frame. I was worried that it might look insubstantial due to the size of wood frame pieces. But no, it is gorgeous and very sturdy for the heavy 12 Casper mattress on it.
Looks great as is with the natural wood unfinished., but I will eventually use a bit of Tung oil or Varethane on it after it ages a few months. The light color wood frame amazing with white Linens, such an airy fresh look.
We have two of these, one a double and one a king. Both are excellent. They are straightforward to assemble (with a bit of effort), fit together precisely, are enormously sturdy, and look and feel quite nice. We used the king to replace an frame that was fragile from the moment we had it. This is a really nice replacement.
Just as expected. Minimal platform frame. Straight forward. Will be used lightly in a guest bedroom, paired with the trundle bed from the same company. Suits our price range and just an honest to good simple bed frame. Just what we were looking for. We live in an ocean climate and needed wood so that it wouldnt rust like all the other metal bed frames out there. Very pleased.

Wished the king-size bed has the option of the headboard like the other queen size model. Great value for your money. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a solid wood king size bed.
Directions easy to follow. Had it completely assembled in only a few minutes. Superior-quality wood. Supports me and queen mattress with no creaks, cracks, or squeaks. And very lightweight to easily move from room-to-room.

This is a great bed. It was easy to assemble in less than 30 minutes. The bed is solidly built.
Well worth the money
Easy to assemble, Sturdy, durable and no box spring needed. It is about 4inches longer than the XL mattress.
