Great chair, bad instructions.

Nice quality chair very sturdy. Very happy with it! BUT the instructions were horrible. I single sheet of paper with bad illustrations.

Problem Swiftly Rectified by Seller

My wife purchased this chair for me and I am very pleased with it. There was a snag with delivery of the correct parts, but that was quickly and effeciently corrected by the seller.

You get what you payed for

The bottom line is that you get what you paid for. The material quality is fine the the comfort and me anime have a lot to be desired.

Nice accent chair..

Im using this chair as an accent chair in my living room which Ive recently re-decorated into a BoHo sort of style it fits perfectly

We are still able to use it. I had to use a pair grips to squeeze it together

I ordered two of these recliner, one was easy to put together, the other had a manufacture defect. I was able to put it together except for that one part wear the screw would not connect to the bar. On the left side. at the bottom

This is a very nice chair. It's a little low for the desk, but it makes a great accent piece. It was very easy to assemble.

Customer service

Ottoman came in great shape. Chair base was cracked. Customer service was very responsive. Company sent out a new base which I installed (very easy) I love the chair.
