Most of the cushions came vacuum packed. What I dont like is not all the cushions have the same firmness. If you are lounging on it, you can really feel the difference. I dont know if it has to do with how it was packed/shipped. I was hoping that after a while they would all even out. It has been almost 2 months, and that hasnt happened.
This couch is awesome ! Perfect for small spaces! small living rooms/man caves/ garages ! It small enough that it gave me my space back but perfect for my 62 husband to lay comfortably. the ottoman moves which is so awesome !! Ive had it for a couple
Months and no sagging and definetly worth the price its a steal! When i move i will definitely be taking it with me and getting one for every room.
This couch is so comfortable. I was extremely satisfied until a little bit of the underside of the cushion tore where it attaches to the base of the couch. Within a few days, this WONDERFUL company replaced the cushion. I am so very very impressed. Thank you thank you and thank you again
Great couch! We ordered it and it came much faster than expected in two giant, kinda heavy boxes, but once we got them to the right area assembly was super easy. The back of the couch is a little low, but I tend to lay on the chaise and slouch so I dont really notice it at all. The couch is comfortable, I love the chaise, and shipping was a breeze. 10/10 would recommend. I add a few throw pillows to it and a fuzzy blanket and its super cozy.
