I bought this because, while I really wanted a sectional in a fun color, I wasnt in the mood to be spending obscene amounts of money on one, in large part due to the fact that I dont really ever use couches, but also just because I have limited funds- For that reason, this couch works great for me, but Im gonna try to be fair about it regardless.
First off, it arrived in several boxes, with each section coming in its own packaging, as well as the corner arms coming in their own packages. I was able to take the packages in from the sidewalk by myself, and assemble the whole thing in pretty short amount of time- the instructions are simple, it came with plenty of extra parts, and was by far the most pleasant thing to build of all the furniture Ive gotten.
Every single section opens up with plenty of space in each. If youre choosing this sofa for being compact, this is probably great news since small spaces require some creative storage solutions. The corner piece may be a tad annoying to open (I have to open the ottoman to get the corner piece open) but it does still work.
Some other reviews mention the back and sides are clearly meant to go against a wall, and I can see that... Theyre quite thin, and while each piece with a back comes with a pillow to cushion it, Im not especially confident theyd do amazing if you stuck it in the middle of the room and used it for hours a day, that it would continue to hold up, but it feels comfortable enough right now.
Im a bit short, but I really dont enjoy lounging on most of the couch- I can sit on it perfectly comfortably, but if I want to lean back and relax, it feels a bit too shallow- For this reason I usually just lounge on the section with the ottoman, however I only have one of those- I imagine if I ever wanted to watch a movie with someone else, though, I would really regret getting the version with only one ottoman. I wont dock points for this though, because it was my own choice to get the version with only one ottoman instead of two. You can also buy just the ottoman separately if you wish.
As for if you should get this sofa... I think if I had the chance to go back in time and choose a sofa again, I would still choose this one- As scathing as this review may seem, it does its job for me beautifully, looks nice (it will probably look much better once I have throw pillows on it), and has tons of storage on top of being cheap- Its ratio of comfort to style is perfect for me, and while not everyone will have the same priorities as I do, I think if youre on a budget, you should absolutely consider this one.
My wife had showed me this set, and I was hesitant at first. We ended up buying it, and I have to say I am really impressed. The modular function is awesome, and they are actually really comfortable. If I had to knit pick, when using the backs if you apply too much pressure it will give and eventually break, but if you take care of it like you should and not abuse it, it is no problem. I have slept on it and it was perfectly fine but it is not a true bed I would want to use long term. As for us, this purchase was great. No issues. We have had it now for few months now. Great job!
I was amazed at how good this sofa looks. I was not expecting it to be so nice considering the price. I can honestly say that Im so glad I purchased it. I placed it in my sunroom and it has become my favorite place to be. Very happy and would highly recommend.
I bought the blu gray which is actually blue. Seems to be well built, and set up quickly. The pillows and cushions Velcro down so there is no flipping them over. The back cushions could use more padding so I am going to add some additional foam. I bought this inexpensive sofa to stage my family room for selling. I like it so much I am going to buy and send my daughter one in tan for her new apartment. The smaller size is perfect to make rooms look bigger. It is surprisingly comfortable.
Couch came pre assembled, just had to screw the legs in by hand and used a drill for the walls. Very easy assembly, done in about 30 minutes. I like the system with the metal pieces allowing you to attach and unattach pieces of the couch easily. I had a slight issue with one of the walls not sitting properly so I emailed customer service and they handled it very quickly and sent me a new piece and it arrived within a few days.

Putting it together was a breeze, took me about 20 mins. The way it fits together is very simple and it really doesnt require any tools, which is really convenient but you loose some quality because of it. The way the sections are combined does not give enough support for the couch unless its against the wall which most people will have it like that so if thats your plan then you dont have to worry about it all that much. Also the way the arm section connects to the long section is just two brackets that snap together so if you have kids then you will be scared they are going to break it.
Due to saving as much space as possible with the packaging the cushions need some fluffing in order to feel alright but they flatten out pretty fast. Best remedy is adding some foam inside the back of the cushions which is a cheap fix and make the couch a lot more comfortable.
Overall the couch is decent, I feel like for the price it should be sturdier and more comfortable out of the box but it is a couch I ordered online so I can complain. Ive bought it to use at my computer since I work from home so I sit on it for atleast 8 hours a day and those are my only complaints so far. Ill keep you updated.
This couch is the perfect size for a smaller living space. Its very comfortable and I like that you can either have the chaise or a foot stool. I was very hesitant to buy a couch online without being able to see it but it was worth the gamble. Affordable and comfy couch
Perfect for my kids play room. The gray has a blue tone to it compared to other gray furniture in my room. Comfy enough for my kids and me/husband occasionally. I dont think this is sturdy/cushioned enough for constant daily adult use, unless your less than 150lbs. I like the chairs/ottoman options. The zipper cushion will come in handy if I need to wash.
