Our cats love the scratch posts and the top perch. Its a great height so our cats can see us in the kitchen (sitting on perch, they can see over the bar).
The only bad thing is the cubby holes are really small. Kittens or a small adult would fit inside.
ButI will say, our cats seldom go inside the larger cubbies on the other cat tree, since they prefer being out where they can see and visit with everyone.
Everyone has different cat needs, so, maybe your cats would use the cubbies more.
Anyway, I would say, I think its a great tree, but if I was designing it, the cubbies would be bigger!
We had some difficulty putting it together. Holes not where they should have been. Kittens love it. Even though it came with poor directions I am very happy with it.
Bought this for our cats to get off the ground when our dog is bugging them! I love the style of it and was very impressed with the Materials for it! Came with a extra hanging toy which was nice. Definitely worth the price! As far as putting it together took me about 45 minutes by myself, having a screw gun definitely helped speed up the processes! But this kit does come with all the tools even a small screw driver!

It only took 30 minutes to put together and my cat loves it! Only downside was it took a little over a week to get here. But its great quality and super sturdy.
I have never seen my cat this excited about a cat tree. I have an old one that she never used, and figured Id try a larger one. She was already trying to play in the boxes while I was assembling it, and slept all night on the top bed.
The assembly was also pretty easy, though I found it easier to use a different screwdriver for some of it. It also looks great in my apartment. I have no complaints

This is perfect for our cat and doesnt take up a lot of room in our apartment. She sleeps on the top all the time.

My kitten loves it
Its just the right size for our kitten, but Im not sure she will be able to use it when she gets bigger. Could use more padding in the sleeping areas
