It looks great and seems very durable. The clearance between top and bottom mattress is a little small for a large adult but probably standard fur bunk beds.
This is a great buy but having a fully charged drill and patience are paramount. The bed is solid once built but it is definitely a 2/person project. Took me and my wife some 2/3 hours to build as there are SEVERAL parts and the manual is very detailed. Once assembled, its very easily to bunk and unbunk the beds.
I loathed the building process but the final product made it well worth it.

worth the money for the most part
the only problem is a wheel already broke off the trindel bed thats it great beside that nice and sturdy

Slats in head and foot board were a pain but happy with the quality and sturdiness of the bed.
Worst bunk bed ever made
My son is 45 pounds and while going up the ladder his foot gets pinched, contacted customer service and they are useless and rude.
