This is the very 1st couch that Ive ever purchased for the very 1st apartment that Ive ever had by myself. It was extremely easy to assemble by myself, and it doesnt take up a lot up space. However its not very comfortable. The back rest is more comfortable than the actual seating section. But considering this is a starter couch, it could be a lot worse.
Edit: After a year of owning this couch, it became a bit more comfortable. Im guessing it just needed to be broken in.
UPDATE 8/9/21: I reached out to the Manufacturer the other week and they gave me a replacement sofa. They said I didnt need to return the other one, so I ended up using it for another room. I bumped up the score from 3 to 4 stars because of their level of professionalism in getting me the replacement. The process was relatively smooth.
The new sofa is good. No squeaks, so it came down to the other one being defective. The assembly process was much easier with two people, but it was still a bit of a pain to get the back rest of the sofa to attach properly to the slide pieces. All in all, I am happy with the sofa.

I liked the design of the Sofa so I ended up buying it. I saw reviews and pictures from other buyers with their Sofas being damaged upon delivery so initially I was a bit worried. Mine came in fine however.
I managed to assemble the Sofa by myself, but it was a pain for one person alone. The assembly process really calls for two people as you need to keep the base of the Sofa firm in place so you can install the arms and back.
Unfortunately there are squeaks happening with mine, which ended up me calling for a replacement by the Manufacturer. I figured there was a breaking in process, but after 2 months of squeaking, that was enough. I couldnt access the screws/metallic bits to spray WD40 on them for lubrication. Id probably have to rip the underneath to get to them, which I ended up not doing.
I highly recommend getting a Warranty if you proceed with getting this. For the price, I expected better.
I bought this sofa to replace a sofa that was used by my son after he moved out, so I dont use it a lot but it is sturdy and stylish.
I mostly wanted to write this review for the fact that the 2 pieces that attach next to the back of the sofa with brackets which are made to slide together are not manufactured correctly. We simply took the bracket off and flipped it over so that the slightly smaller opening of bracket was on the bottom of the piece which then enabled it to slide together. We also then had to remove the phillips head screw on both brackets because they were also blocking the unit from sliding all the way down.
We got this couch for our front room and didnt want to spend exorbitant amounts of money, as it is a rarely used space. It was easy enough to move in and put together without help. It is a bit hard to sit on but will soften in time. The only thing is we couldnt get the decorative pillows to slide into their brackets, which other reviewers have had issues too. Since they are decorative only we just removed the brackets. Pretty great for the space and kind to your wallet but dont expect the moon from it as Ive seen other buyers do. Would make a great college couch or first time home owner couch.
I loved it. Easy 2 assemble it took my boyfriend 20 minutes 2 put 2ghtr. And 2me it was comfortable bc I love firmness.
I see a few here have a hard time putting on the 2 back piece. It was kinda tricky but my boyfriend was determined 2 figure it out. We tried sliding them from the top but wouldnt go in, so Im like slide them from the bottom up and they went on rather quickly. @chastity slide the 2 back piecesfrom the bottom.
I hope this helps a few of u who are trying 2 slide the 2 back pieces from top 2 bottom thats the wrong way. Its bottom up.
Mines came new had no issues but 1 the description said wooden legs but they were plastic never got my coupon discount at checkout ? so I ordered 4 wooden legs on 2 Replace the plastic ones.
Other than that , love the couch so far. Will update soon.

Im raising a GIANT teenager and he literally broke our last couch after flinging his linebacker/sized body onto it. So I searched and searched for something new to handle his size, weight and destructible nature. This couch kept appearing in numerous articles I read about couches for big and tall men. The reviews were great, the price was right, and delivery was relatively fast (1 week). It arrived in a box that I thought couldnt possibly contain the components of a full sized couch, but I was wrong. Everything was packed perfected to prevent damage during shipping. The color was exactly as its shown on the computer screen. There are few parts and you need no tools. Everything slides together easily. The cushions are firm, which is what I wanted. I cannot say enough good things about this couch.

Be reasonable

The 2 side pieces slide from bottom up, not from the top down.
