I am very happy with this couch I especially love that it was easy to put together but its still very sturdy and looks durable its nice and tight the arms dont move around when you snap it all together I love fact that both of the Ottomans lift up with a hydraulic Springs that is amazing I did only receive one box the day that it was supposed to be shipped and delivered I was a little worried but received the other three boxes the next day so if there is anyone who has not received all four boxes at once please try to be a little patient with them I know its an inconvenience but its well worth it
Came in 4 boxes. Easy to assemble. Hubby and I had it together in about 30 minutes. Fits nicely in our living room. Plenty of room for me, hubby, and the dogs.
Ive had this couch for at least a month now and Ive been very happy with it. I have people over all the time and the couch has held up very nicely with all the constant use. I also have a dog 3 cats and havent had an issue with hair/scratch damage. I will say it is not super comfortable, the cushions are pretty thin compared to the last couch I had- Its fine for sitting but would not want to sleep on it. Overall it was a good buy works great in my house.
Instructions would be good if any of the pieces were labeled. The cushions are shipped inside the sofa and ottoman pieces, the ottoman topper is warped and after 24 hrs out of box is still crunched and unattractive. It is a very nice looking sofa but the seat cushions are so firm its almost as if you are sitting on the floor

Great Quality for Price
