My wife and I have been sleeping on it for a few weeks now. It looks great!!!!! It took us a few hours to assemble - would probably go faster with 3 people. It is not as silent as our old Zinus wooden platform bed frame, but it feels sturdy (our combined weight is around 300 lbs, for reference). We have a 12 in hybrid mattress on it, no box spring. The creaks might be minimized by placing felt on the slats? Overall, happy with our purchase and hope to get 5 years out of it at least. Will update review if it breaks.
While this was easy to assemble and its stayed together so far, its easily swayed and doesnt feel very sturdy. I rated sturdiness at 3 stars because the poles and corners havent come loose. We have a sheer canopy overtop and light strings of fairy lights. If youre looking for a canopy frame thats a good!!!! value for the $money$, this is a decent purchase. If you need something that will hold some weight such as a heavier fabric canopy or that wont sway when hit by blankets that you threw off in the middle of the night because youre too hot, this might not be for you.
Over all i do NOT believe the price is justified for this. It should be less than $30 for the quality alone. Its extremely flimsy and doesnt lock together at all and comes apart
However, it does the job without me having to buy a whole new canopy bed frame.
In order to make it secure and stable without it coming apart I used R-Type cable ties to attach this to my bed frame and i used heavy duty silver duck tape to keep the poles together so it was more sturday and it made a MASSIVE difference.
We got this for my daughters bedroom and shes very happy with it. There are a lot of individual pieces, which made assembly time consuming, but everything went together as expected.
The gold color is nice!!!!, fits in well with a lot of other pieces.
Its not super sturdy so if you plan on doing kinky stuff with the bed posts, dont buy it. It works to hold up my daughters rainbow canopy and she loves it.
Love how this transformed my headboard to a canopy bed! Easy to assemble and great!!!! value for the $money$. It is very light and cannot take any pressure from heavy draping materials so I opted for sheer curtains. Absolutely love the results. Definitely giving me vintage meets modern vibes. Well worth the purchase!

Now, if youre planning on assembling this by yourself, DONT! The instructions were mostly easy to read but it took several hours even with two people. Lastly, two pieces (a hinge rail) both came extremely bent. The hinge making it impossible to be screwed to the bed. It ALMOST wasnt worth the trouble.
Sturdy enough for a kid / teen but not sure about two adults. Two person job to put together. Doesnt need a box spring just a top mattress. has some drawer pulls that match it perfect if your trying to make it match existing furniture. Perfect for my daughter. Dont expect it to last forever though.
