Assembly was okay, but this step by step tutorial I found on YouTube was absolutely aming! (Link below).
I have a major issue, after 4 hours of assembly, go to plug in and turn on light and of course I have a defaulted light. I really hope I can be sent a replacement light because the lighting features are the reason why I purchased this particular item!
Other than the aesthetic, it scratches extremely easy and I would be careful about the cleaning solution used. other than that. if my light was working I would be content. now I am just really disappointed.
Update
I contacted customer service and all I had to do was email them pictures of the faulty item and number on the back while on the phone with them and they sent a new replacement allowing me to keep the old insert/throwing it away. Received new insert in less than a week. I appreciate that from them!
I absolutely love this piece I had wanted a fireplace tv stand for so long but was unwilling to pay 1000 for one. I was able to snatch this one up at a fraction of that cost and still maintain a high quality craftsmanship. This wasnt as difficult to assemble as some of the reviews might lead you to believe. It took my boyfriend and I a little over an hour or so with me reading the instructions and taking the lead. The only complaint I have is there should be clearer instructions on how to place the crystals in the glass of the fireplace bc there actually arent any instructions on that at all.
A friend assembled this for me its took him 2 plus hrs which isnt horrible but the most complicated part were the gems in the fireplace there were no instructions on how to get them inside so after multiple YouTube videos we figured it out
Worth every penny. Easy to assemble if you know how to read directions. Took me ( a 20 year old female) about 2 hours to assemble, just because some parts were a little heavier and i took a couple breaks, but it looks aming in my living room. 10/10 recommend!
This entertainment stand is everything we hoped for and more. My wife assembled the majority of this in 2 hours by herself. I helped some after I woke up lol. The only thing we had to do was make 3 small drill holes. The side front piece was installed backwards with drill holes facing the front. That was an easy fix though and went very smoothly. We wanted the LEDs to change colors so we installed our own Govee lights. We will get a piece of smoked tempered glass to put on the top, because this does scratch easily. If you can I highly recommend getting the black for minimal, less noticeable scratches. There is a very small 1/4 scratch on ours which isnt even noticeable because our living room is kind of a dark room anyways. This was packaged with utmost care and I am truly impressed with the sturdiness of the stand and overall look of everything. If you read any negative reviews on this, please dont let this deter you from making this purchase. In my opinion this is money well spent. I highly recommend adding your own LEDs so you can turn the fireplace and LED lights off separately and it also adds more of a custom look. Go get yourself one you deserve it!
