I love the bed and so does my daughter. The only complaint I have is that the bottom bunk is very low. Only a small child would be able to comfortably sit up in it. It took a full day for my husband and I to assemble but the instructions were pretty clear

I dont like how difficult it isnto push the bottom bunk in. It gets stuck on the wood to the side and in cannot get it in and out. Is there an alternative to this or can I receive a partial credit and just return the bottom part? I already paid a contractor to build the entire bed. Please advice how we can resolve this situation.
Shop carefully and peruse the reviews on as I value the community input. The vibe I got from them was the sturdiness. I also noticed extra class with nice railing and draws. The one review showing it collapsing I attributed it to a fluke in manufacturing or shipping or assembly.
Anyways! It takes hours to assemble. The only difficulty was the steps which lacks proper labeling. The hardware was always well labeled. Its a terrific value and doesnt budge. Looks awesome. Holds awesome. Awesome price. Thick quality wood with a nice stain!
I ended up ordering a second one after seeing how well this bed worked out for my two teenage boys. We love these beds! After a complete failure with a new bed, I had to accept that weve outgrown the cheap furniture and it was time to invest in something that could handle adult weight with kid activity. I love the storage stairway option since we have very limited space, and the kids dont like climbing ladders now that theyre older. This bed is comfortable, sturdy, airy, and the fresh wood smell that lingers for months afterwards is a major plus! I opted not to use the trundles (I needed the slats for extra reinforcement of the upper bunks), so we also have about 12 of space underneath, allowing us to store a lot of stuff and access it easily. Putting the beds together was hard work and frustrating at times, but well worth the effort.
Husband did bed and steps, my son and I did the trundle. Came out great! Great for my 2 young children! Very sturdy. I love the bookshelf on the side! Lots of storage also!
We ordered this bed for our girls room. The wood color is very nice. We received it in 4 separate boxes. Note they are very heavy so you may need help carrying the boxes. It is very sturdy and easy to assemble. We are happy with our new bunk beds.
One of the best quality pieces of furniture in my house. I built furniture for a living for 9 years. This bed comes with strong hardware, and is very well designed. This is one sturdy and good looking bed. Highly rated bed and seller. Item arrived 4 days earlier than expected.
Assembling the beds was very easy. However when screwing in the headboard of bottom bed like instructed, the wood cracked badly. Also when installing the drawers, i was unable to place them in because the incorrect pairing of rails was installed. They were all left sided rails so i cannot get them to line up to go in. It was very frustrating trying to figure out why they wouldnt work. I tried submitting a request to have the correct rail pairings sent but my request could not be submitted for some reason. Now i have to go try to find new rails at home depot in order to use the storage boxes.

It is very sturdy. Putting together took 5 hours and two moms to get it done. But it was worth it! Looks great in the room.

Great bed, sturdy, but had broken pieces.
Love the bed but had to fix some broken parts. I work with wood so no big deal for me. Others may have been upset.
