Compact, comfy, LOVE the ottoman, and looks great, but didnt give 5 starts b/c its a 2/person job to assemble, not solo as described, (I did the job alone, but it proved rather PITA as it required more tools than provided and plenty of physical effort). The outcome, though, is a stylish, firm/but/comfortable sofa that looks and feels great and fits in our apartment living space just fine. The ottoman/chaise/lounge parts in particular are really fabulous!
I was honestly expecting this to be a bad purchase after reading some of these reviews and I was insanely surprised to see I was wrong.
This couch is fantastic! I got it for my room to replace my small sofa that couldnt fit more than one person comfortably. With the ottoman pushed in I can fit 4 people comfortably on this couch.
A lot of people said this sofa was uncomfortable however I disagree. It is a bit firm but not to the point where its uncomfortable. I was able to sit on it and play games with my friend for hours with no problems.
Its definitely a larger couch when you combine it with the ottoman so if youre buying it for a small space make sure you measure your space before hand. As far as I can tell the measurements given in the description are accurate.
Assembly wasnt that hard but its definitely a two person job. The sofa comes in two separate boxes and my first box came a couple days before the other box. All parts were included and the only problem I had with assembly was that on one side of the sofa the holes werent poked through for the bolts to go in. It was an easy fix though it only took a couple of minutes to cut through the holes.
Overall its a great sofa and a great price. Id absolutely recommend buying this. Add a couple of throw pillows for some more comfort and boom youve got a great spot to hang out on.
Love the sofa and ottoman, however it arrived missing a leg, so I have been unable to use the ottoman so far. Shipping was quickI do wish I had that leg though
It looks better than the picture! Its not glossy but rather matte finished. Seating is surprisingly comfortable and it looks great in my living room. Assembly was pretty easy, but youll benefit immensely if you have a ratcheting socket set to tighten nuts.
Using it for my office that has somehow become my husbands sitting room its not the greatest couch but you can certainly fall asleep on it and not be too mad about it
Shipment was very fast (with in 2days). Everything came in 2 separate packages but in one FedEx Shipment. Im not a skilled handyman so it took me roughly an hour 30mins to unbox assemble it. The chase part is permanently installed so consideration must be made if it will be on the left or right of the sofa.
My husband and I love this couch! It was so easy to put together. The price for what you get is fantastic! Its so comfortable. The only thing for me is that the color has a base of , not totally grey, but for us it works great anyway because our room colors are . The color is dark, keep in mind. We love it. I even changed its setup since the picture, to have the ottoman separate, and we like it even more lol.
