The bottom could have more cushion and it would be perfect. I use it in a temporary apartment in my living room for work. I didnt want to buy any furniture so I got this to use as an alternative to a couch. My 80 lb Bulldog loves to nap on it. I added a couch cover over it to keep it clean.
Easy to use and seem sturdy enough, although I dont think theyd handle much abuse. Theyre not super soft but we bought them for grandkids to sleep on and they work fine for them, they havent complained at all. The kids love that the backs lift up. We are happy with them so far.
This product is easy to assemble it looks cute. It is only 1/2 the size of reg couch, kinda felt like I was sitting at the Little kids table though. It would be good for a kids room. So Ive got this to go in the front room for extra seating and if I want to take a nap so be it. It is not that comfortable, the dont lock. I got a gel topper mattress pad. To me if Im paying apx 400. I exppect a little more comfort dont think I should have to purchase 2 more items to be ap little more comfortable. I found couches cheaper so comfy.
I bought this product about a week ago and it arrived a day early. The ottoman came in one box that was in good shape. It took two people to carry it, as it is a bit on the heavy side. One big perk is the fact that there is no assembly needed. Just take out of the box, unwrap tons of plastic wrap to protect everything from harm during moving, and put into place.
I immediately opened the ottoman to make sure everything worked, and everything was in place and worked correctly. In fact, the of the bed look extra sturdy. I slept on it last night and noted that while it was firm, it was no firmer than a firm bed. The length and width was also perfect for my 56 frame. My 64, 314 lbs. son also tried out the bed and found that it supported him well. I checked out the sides and bottom while he was on it, and everything seemed to hold up well.
When folding up the bed back into an ottoman the skirt that covers the metal need to be re/arranged to cover the sides. However, the magnets sewn into the skirt sides hold the skirt sides in place once they are put in place. Over all, this piece of furniture seems to be sturdily built, and comfortable, albeit firm, to sleep on. If anything changes over the next several weeks to months Ill do an update.
We needed an extra guest bed for grandkids but didnt want to give up too much space , but weanted this extra bed to be functional in our space and not be a sore thumb in the office so this is perfect an ottoman than can not only be a small bed but also can flip up to have a backrest so a chair perfect for us
This will work fine for a teenager or child for a night or two at a time. When not in use it is an attractive ottoman that is easy to carry around the house. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. Best of all, no assembly required!
Decided on these for a small room in my home. NOT DISAPPOINTED! I purchased twoI accidentally fell asleep on them last nightBEST SLEEP EVER!!! They are firm, so if you like a firmer mattress this is it. You may want to get a topper for overnight guests! I highly recommendsturdy, comfy, convenient. Reasonably priced.

Our grands have spent the night on them, I too slept on one for the night and found it firm but comfortable, and a friend and I hung out over coffee on afternoon to try them out. Great size to curl up on and read or relax. This past weekend we pushed the two together to make one large bed for all the grands 4.
We have had them since the last day of February and they get somewhat regular use so time will tell but thus far we are pleased.
If I had one suggestion to the manufacturer, it might be a way to lock the headbard foot boards in place when in full layout position, because if you have to slide bed in place sometimes it folds the leg bar under. Not a big deal, you earn to just double check that it is pulled out securely
Great as an ottoman!! For a bed its hard so I added a feather bed topper and 2 inch memory gel. Was damaged in shipping and they gave me a small credit but not worth time or money to patch up.
