Each dog will be different, but we've found lining up one end as close to the hole for the tail works best.
Long size liner fits XL female diaper (Pet Parents is brand we use). XL liner is too wide and makes it uncomfortable for our girl to walk.
Do wish the adhesive covered more of the liner (single strip in middle), but once the diaper is on the dog, seems to work well. When removing the diaper, it should be noted a full liner may fall out. Doesn't happen every time, but often enough that precautions should be taken to support the diaper when removing. Almost always occurs when liner is full so at least it's doing its job!
this is the most absorbent product I have found but there is not enough adhesive on the pad to hold it flat. the ends and side edges fold in because they don't stick at all in those areas.
These liners worked well for my mom's Yorkie. The adhesion could be a tiny but stronger, but not a problem. They absorb well and are a good size to fit in his medium sized belly band.
This product works great! I have a 14 yr old miniature schnauzer whose started having incontinence and I thought I’d give this one a try. I got the medium long size and it was perfect for her. I might also get the extra long one in the future only because she peeps a lot and I still catch some dripping. But overall, this diaper liner does it’s job.
These are really large and hold quite a bit. We use them with washable wraps for a senior dog who can't hold it and they work great. Oh and they have some of the best adhesive and won't move once you place them.

Washing reusable dog diapers was not fun, but these liners are great: they stay in place, are confortable and are real absorbent.
