Best coffee maker Ive had in a long time. The lid completely opens up, so you can put the ground coffee in without spilling it. And the water is filtered with the provided disc for great coffee flavor. Because the lid has such a wide opening, the water can be poured in the large reservoir. Seriously, you can see what you are doing. The warming plate actually keeps the coffee hot for hours. This machine does what it states, only easier! Its a good one.
We had our previous Coffee for years, and were so pleased that we could upgrade to this one in a hurry when needed. This is such a sleek machine and makes a much better cup of coffee than our old model!
I wish there was a way to set the desired temp on the coffee as there has been on other coffee makers. The coffee comes out extremely hot and only gets hotter on the heating pad. Otherwise works just fine.
