There are several things I like about this bunk bed. It looks slim/lite in the room but is very sturdy. There is plenty of room underneath for storage. Instructions were easy to follow and all parts were tagged and easily identifiable.
Definitely a two person assembly and pay close attention to step 1.
As for long term use and comfort, dont know yet. That said, the number of slats and feel of them I have no concerns.

This is actually a really well built bed with pretty straight forward and easy instructions. It took me and my wife about 2 hours to put together and Id definitely recommend having some help with this. Ive put together several bunk beds and I gotta say this one was one of the easiest to do. I bought this for my 3 girls and they are pretty small so we havent been able to put it though weight tests at all, but it very easily held myself (240lbs) and my wife (110lbs) on the top two levels.
Directions were typical from made in Chin, screws were cheap quality, several stripped, sturdiness acceptable, but could be better, would look harder before buying again
The product description does not match the packaging weight limit. I bought it thinking the weight limit was 400 on each bed and its only 250 and 300 on full. And the frame is not heavy duty the frame my toddlers can wiggle the frame even though the screws are on tight
I initially wasnt planning on buying this product, but I am glad that I did. This frame has been very sturdy so far and has helped save a lot of space in the guest room. Very pleased with my purchase. Very space saving . I have 3 kids in a room and this bed is perfect. I had a slight problem with shipping but customer service was excellent. Very understanding Rep that went above and beyond for my children to get their bed on time.
I was looking for a long time for a good bed to accommodate my two kids 10/12 yrs old in a small bedroom and I found the perfect bunk bed. I recommend this trundle bunk bed. Looks nice and it is sturdy, cool looking as well.

Great. Used plywood to make more sturdy.
Great space saver. Added plywood, painted black, to each bed, perfectly cut to make it sturdier. Love it
