Yeah, bought this table and stool set to be used as a breakfast nook. Assembled the table which was okay, all the bolt holes lined up. Went to assemble the stools, and discovered the screw holes for the seat so not align with the stool frame. For the price I was not expecting a fancy table and stool set, but at minimum would expect the screw holes to be drilled correctly into the wood!
Also, the one stool I was able to assemble correctly did seem to hold my 227lb carcass, but would probably fail if you happen to move laterally. Not safe!
Save your time and money and avoid this set altogether!
It is a good table for a small apartment. I would say I like the elegance of the table and the fact that it does not make noise or scratch when you place glass plates down. It was NOT easy to assemble like the rest of the comments show, I was very unlucky and got some parts that were damaged and the screws were stripped so they did not hold the table. Thankfully my boyfriend is very creative and made new holes and put screws that would hold the table perfectly. But if your a girl like me that does not know how to build or have anyone to help her I would not get it.

BUUUUTTTTT THENN… I was extremely pleasantly surprised to find out the pieces were labeled well and it didnt matter which direction the piece were. They were pretty universal and saved a huge headache that usually comes with furniture assembly.
The seats are of course hard and not cushioned as seen in video so I wouldnt say its a 10 on comfort. However being able to store the seating under the table is a great space saver!
The seat and table material is a textured MDF material that feels solid and seems that it will hold up well. The legs and the rest are a metal and are not wobbley.
I like the small foot print of this table and I do recommend it!
The top on this makes the table worth the price. It is a heavy slab of wood that makes the rest of the table super sturdy. Depending on your body size you can either fit 4 small adults, 4 small kids to 2 thick adults only at the table. The chairs do not have backs which isn't a problem. Overall it's a great starter piece for those just starting out or for a college apartment.
