takes two people to assemble
I did not see any comment stating that ASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED; it took my wife and myself 45 minutes per chair to unpack; assemble etc. Were in our mid 70s and were annoyed that we had to assemble the entire rocker after paying 200.00 per rocker.
narrow seaat
Be aware that this chair doesnt fully accommodate a womens size 36 rear. I have to push my way out of it. Its a very nice chair otherwise.

Use a Hammer!
I was frustrated with some of the pieces until I had the bright idea to use a hammer. Eureka ! I wish the instructions indicated that a hammer or mallet would be useful. In any event I hope this helps save you time and frustration. Love the 20 yr warranty.
Absolutely Beautiful
ease of assembly this is based on no complaints for my husband. Very beautiful bright red color. Sturdy and seems like it will last a very long time. Will be ordering a second one! UPDATE: Will NOT be ordering a second oneThis is very uncomfortable. Short seat and a little low. The back is too straight. I have tried sitting on a cushion, using a back pad but that pushed me even more upright. Had it on the deck for 6 months and no one stayed in it for more than a couple minutes. I am not sure if it is just me but my 62 240 husband agrees I also want to mention it barely rocks !!!

Looks great, sturdy, easy to assemble
We bought 2 more! Ive been searching and reading Reviews forever. This chair caught my eye due to the look and then price. I figured what did I have to loose if it was great. The other chair I was looking at was well over 700.00 I love these chairs, and they rock. I have a contemporary home and these look great on the porch. From photos Ive seen they look great on all home designs. I told my mom to buy a couple also. Great find, Im really happy. Some say its easier for 2 people to put together, but I put the first one together by myself with no complications. Have a power tool ready and available, there is no way you can screw in without the power tool. I would have given a 5 Star, but I dont ever tend to do so, just because I think there is always room to get better. Love the chairs
Nice Rockers!
Ordered 2 and delivered today. Very easy to assemble/ maybe 1 hour by myself. All screws matched up to pre drilled holes and the enclosed Allen wrench was fairly easy to use / just be careful not to strip them as the screws are aluminum. These chairs are replacing 10 year old Cracker Barrel chairs that are chipped, nicked, scratched, and faded. Expect these Rockers to out live me.
