I liked how it was easy to set it up and how it served its purpose. However, one of the supporting metal bars ended up snapping because of the stress posed by the wind. Could you please send me a replacement part as its well within the one year warranty period I bought it in October 16, 2020 and today is February 15, 2021. Thank you
Ordered a green umbrella but was a beige one. Good coverage, easy to assemble and to use. Needs extra support on the little legs to prevent the umbrella from falling over, however. We had to use hollow tile blocks which ruins the aesthetics of our patio.
Its a nice big umbrella, but they really fail to mention how much you need a sandbag for the base. Not to mention you have to buy the sand separately from the sand bag. Dont buy this without also buying a base weight! It flies away!
Good umbrella for the price. It appears like it should last a few years. It was sturdy in the last storm when closed and properly weighted at the base.
The downside so far is that the tilt isnt smooth because of the plastic the slides along the pole gets stuck. It works with some side pressure. The lock isnt strong enough to keep it in place so it is mostly tiled full up or full down.
I would buy it again for the ~100 price before going to a one.

Umbrella was a gift. It was easy to assemble. Definitely get the sand to go with the box.
