I have very bad back pain and this chair really helps a lot. I have tried a few chairs but the back support wasnt strong enough and I still constantly suffer the pain. The color is very stylish and lighten my office room.
My son put this together for me in 20 minutes with no issues whatsoever. The chair is pretty comfortable though I did think the seat would have been a little thicker. Love the flip up arms which enable the chair to tuck up nicely under the table. Good back support. However, it is very creaky. It is pretty annoying to others in the room because the creaking is so loud.
I like this color so much its not just a boring Black one! The chair is not heavy but in good quality with easy assemble. Finished the installation in about 20 minutes. It is stable.
I like the material seat the most since it is not like the leather seat which could be too cold or hot. The seat felt soft and comfortable in most of the time. And the lumber support is pretty sturdy meaning it would not move up or down by itself after sitting on it all day. I was hoping it could provide more adjustable direction on the seat and arms like back and forth but it does not. It would be more ergonomic if it could.
Update 03/19/22. Really comfortable chair! Within a couple of months though, the tilt mechanism broke. I use my chair daily and had to have a replacement. I ended up buying something different. I posted a review and kind of wrote it off as a loss. saw my review and contacted me. Within about a week, I had replacement parts at my door. Great customer service!
I LOVE the chair itself. That being said, as noted by most others, the casters are USELESS!. I weigh 132lbs. the minute I it down, the casters no longer roll on a HARDWOOD floor! It is actually SCRATCHING my floor!. Cannot seem to access the support website, it times out while loading. in the meantime I removed and cleaned all the thread (this is for my sewing space) from the casters of my 20 year old child size rolling desk chair (a 25 Walmart cheapie) and replaced the existing ones. Its working! Not too pretty to look at, but my chair rolls I will try the toll free number next week and update my review/ because I could have gotten a chair that rolls without the extra work for this price!
This is the best office chair you can buy! Available in black or (we got ) and is super easy to install. Instructions are clear to read. We had it put together in under 15 minutes. What I love about this chair is that the arms raise up. This helps with actually pushing the chair under the desk instead of sitting out taking up space. The chair has a large seat that is so comfortable. Since working from home every day, we had to upgrade the chair. We have used it a few weeks now and its still just as aming. Will be purchasing another for our other desk!

OK chair for the price

Casters are useless! Chair itself is comfy!
