Had a little issue with the bed itself due to rust and chipping so I contacted who reached out to the seller for me. To my surprise I had an email within minutes of getting off the phone. They were very helpful and understanding that this was supposed to be something for my son and his mini gamer room I was trying to put together. Unfortunately the product wasn’t going to be in stock again till way after Christmas in which I said I couldn’t wait because my son needed a bed cause he has been sleeping on our couch till his room is fully redone. They were amazing and gave me a full refund and told me because I had an upsetting experience I didn’t need to return the item. I’m very pleased with how this seller runs their business. Your met with very courteous and professional service. Thank you for everything and all the understand.
My son absolutely LOVES this! The instructions werent the easiest to read which made the process take longer. But once it was completed it was perfect!
Great bed for my 8 year granddaughter she loves the desk and sits at it everyday after school and draws and does crafts. She also loves the extra room in her bedroom.
It does take 2 people to put it together. Good instructions, great quality for the price.
Bought it for myself and its been over a year, still standing. It does shake and wiggle but it hasnt collapsed with an over 150lb adult sleeping on it. The shelves can hold a lot. It was easy enough to assemble, but having two people helps a lot for fitting the frame.
If you remember to mind your head and have under lighting done, its a good enough desk space for an adult as well.
This product is sturdy enough to support my weight as well as hold the rest of my random knick-knacks. Definitely takes 2 people to assemble though as it is difficult otherwise.
