The directions were thorough and overall, it was easy to assemble (aside from a few pieces that didnt fit well underneath where the mattress would be and had to be jammed in). It also had orange dust in some of the pieces (maybe rust?) that got on the carpet (but it vacuumed up just fine) and the white was chipping on some of the edges.
Despite these caveats, the bed is sturdy and it looks beautiful in my daughters room.
The bed is actually very cute and solid. My issue is that I could not finish putting the bed together bc the parts to connect the canopy side rails were missing. I reached out to the company and customer service to no avail. I will not order from the company again but would by the bed elsewhere.
its good sturdy quality. beautiful bed. BUT im pretty sure im missing some pieces. the parts that are supposed to go through the middle was not in the box. im sure itll be fine without but still. you guys have to make sure you send people ALL the parts to the bed. we have to sleep on this
Update: after one year one of the legs already broke off. I thought this was a sturdy quality but i guess not. Very disappointed.
I like the frame but this product did not come with screws or instructions. However, I contacted the seller and they remedied the problem by shipping the missing pieces. No big deal. We really wanted to keep the bed frame. My niece loved it so much.
It took us three hours to assemble, and the instructions had no words only pictures, they gave us extra screws and what not in the package. At first I was skeptical, but this bed doesnt squeak at all, the canopy bends, but as long as you arent sitting on the top part it should be fine, and you should makes sure that you have a nice thick mattress or you will feel the bed slats. Overall the bed is beautiful, yet silent, and sturdy enough that if you treat it with care it should last you a long time.
The bed came without the toppers for the canopy pulls the little round knobs and I have emailed the seller four times and heard nothing back. Well my daughter loves her bed wed like it to be completed is there anything that can do?

It was perfect only that the shipping and handling are not the best it came with a lot of scratches.
